Residential Dumpster Rental
Driveway-friendly roll-off dumpsters for Scranton-area homeowners clearing garages, basements, remodels, roofs, moves and yards.

Services
Every service line runs out of one yard on N Keyser Ave in Scranton. Same containers, same flat-rate pricing - what changes is how the load gets sized and what has to stay out of it.
Every job we do is a roll-off container with a different conversation around it. A homeowner clearing a basement in Green Ridge, a roofer on a tear-off in West Scranton, a property manager turning over an apartment in Dunmore and a landscaper clearing storm limbs in Clarks Summit all get the same clean container and the same flat-rate pricing. What differs is the sizing, the placement, where the load goes and what the city or borough where the job sits has to say about permits and who may haul.
The pages below explain each service the way we would on the phone. If your job does not fit any of them neatly, call (570) 354-0618 and describe it - most do not, and that is fine.

How it works
Most bookings take a few minutes.
One short conversation. We ask the address and the place - the rules follow the city or borough the property is in - what you are clearing, whether a cleanout, a renovation, a roof, a yard or a job site, what is going in, roughly how much there is, and how much room the driveway or lot gives us.
We recommend the right size, so you do not pay for space you will not use or need another haul, and you get one clear flat-rate price that covers delivery, pickup, disposal within the weight limit and the standard rental period of up to 7 days. If it is concrete, shingles or dirt, we say up front that weight decides the size. If the place needs a permit or has its own rules first, we check them before booking.
The driver sets the dumpster on the driveway, lot or job site where you asked, on flat, solid ground rather than the lawn. Often same-day or next-day, when available. You do not need to be home if the spot is marked and clear of vehicles and obstacles.
Keep debris below the top rim and keep the problem items out - paint, solvents and oils, fuel, hazardous chemicals, tires, batteries, propane tanks, medical waste, asbestos and appliances containing refrigerants. Need more time or a swap mid-job? One call.
Call or text when it is full or the job is done and we promptly schedule the pickup. Loads go to local disposal and recycling facilities in the Scranton area, and metal, concrete and yard waste are recycled whenever possible.
A two-minute call gets the size right, a straight answer on price and a delivery window.

Describe the job and we will say. Roughly: homeowners want residential, builders want construction, businesses want commercial, people who would rather not lift want junk removal, and anyone in a hurry wants same-day.
No — the containers and the way we price them are the same. The difference is how we size and schedule the job.
Yes. Standing swap schedules and monthly invoicing are routine for property managers and contractors.
Scranton and 16 places around it in Lackawanna County, each with its own page. What differs from place to place is who may haul and where a container may sit: Scranton licenses haulers and needs a City permit for a roll-off on a street; Archbald, Jermyn and Dalton give the Borough or its designee exclusive hauling rights on paper, and Dickson City reserves household refuse to the Borough, so in those four we check the Borough's rules before booking; and Archbald and Jermyn want a permit for every temporary dumpster, even on private property. We are licensed and insured.
