- The delivery address, including the city or borough - the rules follow the place the property is in, and in Archbald, Jermyn, Dalton and Dickson City we check the Borough's rules before booking
- What is going in - and especially whether any of it is concrete, brick, dirt, shingles, tile, yard waste, appliances or electronics, because weight and the electronics rule change the plan
- Roughly how much: rooms, the size of the job, pickup loads, or a photo of the pile
- Where you want it set - driveway, alley, lot or job site - and whether there is about 60 feet of clear space for the truck and 25 feet of overhead clearance
- When you want it, how long you expect to need it, and whether a demolition is involved, since demolition can bring DEP asbestos notice rules

What are your hours?
The phone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Delivery and pickup windows are set on the call, and we do not promise night or Sunday drop-offs; a late call is booked into the next working window.

How do I pay?
